Financial Responsibilities
- Attend to petty cash and S&T services accounts
- Prepare vouchers for monthly payments
- Handle payments for utilities
- Maintain cashbook and process cheques
Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain registers for consultancy, equipment, etc.
- Prepare financial statements and progress reports
- Reconcile bank statements
General Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing conferences, meetings, and functions
- Maintain NASTEC vehicle files and handle rental agreements
- Assist in recruitment processes and maintain files
Office Operations
- Operate office equipment and handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain leave registry, attendance, and handle stationery items
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of office premises
Additional Responsibilities
- Dispatch letters, faxes, and emails to other institutes
- Handle any other functions assigned by senior staff
