A fuel pass has been introduced to confirm a weekly fuel (Petrol and Diesel) quota for motorists.
The number of persons registered for the National Fuel Pass has surpassed 2000000.
Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekera same that the ‘National Fuel Pass’ can guarantee a weekly fuel quota.
”A warranted weekly fuel quota are going to be allotted. One Vehicle per one National positive identification (NIC), passport variety or business license number, QR code allotted once Vehicle Chassis variety and details verified. 2 days of the week in keeping with Last Digit of variety plate for provision with QR.” Minister Kanchana Wijesekera proclaimed.
